Return to Scouting - Our Covid processes

Our new normal

Our return to in-person Scouting will be unique this fall. We are introducing a few new processes to help have safe and great scouting adventures during this pandemic.

Here are a few key ones:

  1. We will need parents for the next few months to confirm your Scouts attendance on ScoutsTracker.

  2. Before going to a meeting and confirming your Scouts attendance, please review the Covid Screening checklist below. Ensuring that your Scout is good to be attending.

  3. Go to MyScouts and please make sure your contact information is up to date.

  4. Check your email by 3pm on a meeting night for any changes that we may have communicated to you.

  5. We can now accept E-transfers for events and activities payments. When sending the funds, make sure you add your Scouts name and event you are paying for. Please send your funds to 23rdnepeangeohunters@gmail.com

  6. Anytime we need to switch things up, we will use our virtual platform to meet with the Troop.

Our Troop , will need to split up into two groups. Groups will be comprised of two patrols, a handful of TLs and supported by dedicated Scouters.

Note : The play structures are OFF LIMITS

Each group will have one designated area in the park and within those area, each Patrols will have their own corner. Your new home sweet home for the next few months when we meet at Zoe Park. Many of your activities will be in Patrol only. Our patrol bins will contain the activity materials required for our program for the next few weeks. PLs will be responsible for their Patrol bins.
